These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using Topupgun services, including digital product orders, account features, payments, and customer support.
1. General
By creating an account, placing an order, or using Topupgun, you agree to these terms and any service notices shown during checkout.
Topupgun may update these terms when services, products, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
2. Services
Topupgun provides an online ordering platform for digital products such as game credits, vouchers, and other supported catalog items.
You are responsible for checking product details, destination account information, server or region selection, and payment instructions before confirming an order.
Orders that have entered processing cannot usually be cancelled. Refunds are handled only under the Refund Policy and when the product has not been delivered or cannot be fulfilled.
3. Accounts
You must keep your account access secure and provide accurate contact information so we can help with receipts, order history, and support requests.
Topupgun may suspend or remove accounts involved in fraud, abuse, resale of accounts, unauthorized transactions, or activity that harms other users or the platform.
4. Transactions
Payment must match the amount and method shown on the invoice. Incorrect payment amounts or uncooperative dispute handling may delay, cancel, or make an order ineligible for refund.
Do not use another person's WhatsApp number, email, payment account, or identity details without permission when ordering as a guest or registered user.
Topupgun may keep transaction records for operational, security, accounting, and legal purposes, including limiting old order history shown in the user interface to preserve service performance.
5. Disputes and Third Parties
When an issue involves a game publisher, payment provider, distributor, or other third-party service, Topupgun will help report and follow up the case when reasonably possible.
Topupgun is not responsible for failures caused by incorrect customer input, third-party maintenance, publisher-side restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.
